With fall approaching, these tongs are a useful tool to aid in cutting and gathering a winter supply of firewood. Use them to roll, drag or carry logs in the field. Riveted clevis joints resist wear and keep the jaws aligned making this a very rugged design. The jaws are forged out of 3/8” x 1” stock and the clevis starts as 3/4” x 1” stock. The handle is 3/8” x 1” with hickory grips. The jaws open 12” point to point.
