Shop tooling is necessary when large numbers of one part are required. Don Asbee shows how he worked out tooling for a batch of quatrefoils and balusters. The quatrefoil tooling includes a hinged fuller placed over a swage block for making C-scrolls, a welding clamp, and a collar jig. |
